Job Description
The Director, Corporate Responsibility will develop, execute and manage a comprehensive strategy and mission for the TMUS corporate foundation. This includes: (1) to plan, design and implement charitable contribution and grant programs and philanthropic initiatives to ensure maximum impact, (2) seek and integrate the TMUS vision and interests into program design, (3) manage staff for high performance, and (4) use evaluation findings to inform future work. The incumbent will partner with the PR team on key events to share the external story and narrative, and propagate this work to the employee base. He or she will also help define TMUS’s Corporate Responsibility charter enterprise-wide, prioritizing and helping drive initiatives forward across various departments, including Facilities, Diversity, and Supply Chain.
This position requires approximately 25% travel (all domestic).
